Delivery Information

Delivery will be made by express courier. The shipping cost for orders up to 3 kg throughout Italy, including the islands, is €5.90. Each order will be shipped the day after the order date, excluding holidays. Order processing may be delayed if there are daily increases in orders. In Italy, excluding Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and the islands, delivery will be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, and the islands, delivery will be made within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, which can be tracked on the courier's website. You will also receive an email or SMS notification directly from the courier with the tracking information. Your package will be delivered directly to the delivery address you indicated when ordering. What happens if you are away or unavailable at the delivery address? The courier will attempt delivery the next day. If the courier fails to deliver on the first attempt, you can also schedule delivery based on the courier's service. If the package is not delivered on the second attempt due to the recipient's absence, it will be held for 7 to 10 days at the courier's premises. During this time, the recipient must contact the courier to schedule delivery again. If the courier's service conditions are not met or cannot be scheduled, the package will be returned to the sender and shipping costs will not be refunded.
